Fans of country music are invited to East Street this October as The Ivy Chichester Brasserie launches a new series of live entertainment events.

The restaurant is set to host “A Night of Dolly Parton” on Thursday, 8 October 2026, marking the first instalment of a winter-long series celebrating major musical icons. The evening combines live performances with a curated “Experience Menu” designed to accompany the singer’s extensive songbook.

Event details and timing

Live music is scheduled to run from 7:30pm until 10:30pm. The event is part of a broader “A Night Of…” programme which will later feature tributes to Whitney Houston and Adele as the series continues through to 9 December 2026.

The Chichester date is part of a nationwide tour for the series, which brings themed dining and professional tribute performances to selected brasseries across the country.

Menu and pricing

The experience is priced at £60 per person. This includes a three-course dinner, a side dish, and a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne.

The special menu features a selection of the brasserie’s signature dishes. Starters include options such as steak tartare with a brandy and peppercorn sauce, while mains feature salmon supreme. For dessert, the menu includes the restaurant’s well-known chocolate bombe and a tableside flambéed crème brûlée.

Full details of the event and booking availability can be found via The Ivy Collection website. Reservations are recommended for the evening as the themed series is expected to be a popular addition to the restaurant’s autumn calendar.
