The prosecutions were brought at City of London Magistrates' Court.

New directors appointed from 18 November 2025 must verify their identity before acting as a director. Jill White completed her identity verification in early September 2026, nine months after the applicable deadline.

The total fine for the trio reportedly amounted to £553.

Deadlines for existing directors

The 12-month transition period for existing directors to verify their identity ends on 17 November 2026.
