Chichester Fringe names 2026 commissioning grant winners

Chichester Fringe has named two winners for its 2026 Commissioning Grant.The winners are The Audition Room and Tom Pagett, who is identified as a Chichester University graduate.

The winners were listed in a Chichester City Council update published on 4 May 2026.

What the winners receive

Each winner will receive £250 and a place to debut their work in the Chichester Fringe 2026 programme.

The grant is supported by Chichester City Council and is intended to help companies or performers with costs linked to developing performance work, including rehearsal space, props or costume.

When the shows are scheduled

The Audition Room’s production is called “Who Wrote This?”. Tom Pagett’s production is called “735”.

Both shows are scheduled to be performed at The Nest on 4 June 2026.
