While the committee manages various smaller-scale applications, several major developments continue to influence the planning landscape in Chichester. This includes ongoing variations for Minerva Heights (Whitehouse Farm), the city’s largest active development site. A recent application (CC/24/00768/REM) has sought to amend the design and layout of the Local Centre and community building within that development.
