Sir David Beckham received a personal dividend payout of approximately £38.5 million following a year of record commercial activity driven by global partnerships and preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The payout, disclosed in the latest financial filings for his brand management company, DRJB Holdings, reflects the athlete’s evolving corporate structure and a significant surge in licensing revenue.

DRJB Holdings reported that revenue rose 20% to reach £84 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Pre-tax profits for the period climbed 46% to £50 million, up from previous levels as the company expanded its portfolio of high-value endorsements. The total dividend distribution for the period reached £85.5 million, which included a £38.9 million regular dividend and a £46.6 million special dividend paid out after the close of the fiscal year.

The financial results represent the first full fiscal cycle following a strategic shift in Beckham’s business model. In 2022, Beckham sold a 55% majority stake in his management company to Authentic Brands Group (ABG), the firm that manages brands such as Reebok and the estate of Elvis Presley. Under this arrangement, Sir David Beckham retains a 45% stake in the business, making his personal share of the £85.5 million dividend pool approximately £38.5 million.

Analysis of the filings indicates that the revenue growth was largely propelled by a suite of commercial campaigns tied to the 2026 World Cup in North America. Beckham secured major partnerships with a range of global corporations, including McDonald’s, Verizon, and Lay’s.

The record financial performance coincides with Beckham’s elevated public profile following his knighthood. In November 2025, he was knighted by King Charles III at Windsor Castle for his services to sport and charity. While his business interests in the United States, including his co-ownership of the MLS franchise Inter Miami, operate through separate corporate entities, the DRJB Holdings figures specifically capture the performance of his individual global image rights and brand licensing.

The 46% increase in pre-tax profits suggests that the partnership with Authentic Brands Group has successfully scaled Beckham’s commercial reach 13 years after his retirement from professional football. By integrating his brand into ABG’s broader retail and licensing infrastructure, the company has sustained double-digit growth in annual revenue, positioning the brand to capitalize on the multi-year marketing cycle surrounding the upcoming World Cup tournament.
