Chichester City have been handed a home tie against Farnham Town in the FA Trophy, as clubs discover their next steps in national cup competitions.
The draw for the FA Trophy Third Qualifying Round, released on Monday 14 September 2026, sees City return to Oaklands Park for the fixture on Saturday 26 September. It provides a significant test for the Chichester side, who now compete in the Southern League Premier Division South (Step 3) following their recent transfer from the Isthmian League.
Financial incentives are also at stake for the competing clubs. According to official figures from the Isthmian League, winning clubs in this round will receive £2,450 from the prize fund.
The draw has produced a varied set of fixtures for other representatives in the FA Trophy. Hastings United have secured a home advantage against Dulwich Hamlet, while Eastbourne Borough will host Welwyn Garden City.
Several other regional sides must prepare for away trips. Lewes are set to travel to face Uxbridge, and Whitehawk will visit AFC Whyteleafe. These ties are all scheduled to take place on the same weekend as Chichester’s fixture.
