Connect to Work has reached a significant milestone with 25,000 people now enrolled across England and Wales.
Data published on 10 September 2026 confirms that the number of participants who have successfully moved into employment has reached 4,100. This figure has more than doubled since the previous data release, following the programme’s transition to a full nationwide roll-out in July 2026.
Connect to Work aims to support 300,000 people through the scheme by 2030.
Support for West Sussex residents
The programme is delivered locally with a target to support 2,700 residents in West Sussex.
Connect to Work is designed for individuals with health conditions or disabilities who want to find or stay in work. The programme is entirely voluntary, and participants do not need to be receiving benefits to access the service.
